Celebration Cakes specializes in custom catering of cakes and creative desserts.

Quality creations are made fresh in a petite commercial kitchen. As Owner and Artist, I Heather Hinsley, personally ensure both professional taste and appearance in every order.

From the moment of mixing to the end design, each order is a work of art.  For myself, cake creations are a intuitive expression from striving to achieve ‘simple sweetness’ in the baked good and ending with a fabulous frosting.  Finally, above and beyond, is the artistic decor unique to the client's celebration. 

Cake is an important tradition in celebrating a special event for family and friends.  Occasions may range from a wedding day celebration to a birthday party, anniversary or holiday.  I enjoy creating cakes for them all – from a new born baby shower to a ‘Happy 100th Birthday’ celebration.

My education includes apprenticeships with the finest pastry chefs, which complements my Bachelors Degree in Art.  I give credit to my Aunt from Sicily for her passionate inspiration. It is from my cultural experiences I found the field of culinary arts. Simple design and decoration for each cake created is similar to what moms for generations made with love.
